Panel Agency Supplies Form-on Formwork System to Construct the International Finance Centre Jersey

Panel Agency have supplied long term construction customer Phoenix Construction Limited of St Peter Jersey with Formwork Beams, Props and Panels for the Jersey International finance Centre. The system was provided to form over 2,200m2 of soffit formwork to pour approximately 800m3 of concrete. In addition the system was used to provide platforms for three jump form cores which were constructed in 12 weeks from basement to 6th floor.

The third building at the IFC will create 68,000 square feet of internal office space over five floors, including food & beverage on part of the ground floor. There will also be private underground parking for 51 cars.

This high quality Super-Prime Grade A office building, alongside IFC 1 and IFC 5, will provide the necessary infrastructure to support the growth of locally based international/multi-jurisdictional businesses as well as attracting new business to the island of Jersey.
